About Coach Nelson No stranger to Seletar, Coach Nelson Neo has been teaching little Seletarians how to swim since 1997. He is the Head Coach and founder of BlueBubbles Fitness. In addition to teaching swimming, aqua aerobic and lifesaving classes, he is also certified to conduct certification courses for lifeguards, swimming and aquacise instructors.
